At Essential Perfume, we process orders carefully and begin preparing them for dispatch as soon as possible. Please read our cancellation policy before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellation Charges

If you request cancellation of an eligible order, a ₹199 cancellation charge may be deducted from the amount paid. This charge covers platform-related expenses, advertising costs, and order-processing expenses.

2. Refund Amount

For orders covered by this cancellation arrangement:

  • Cancellation charge: ₹199

  • Refund amount: ₹100

  • Total amount: ₹299

The ₹199 cancellation charge is non-refundable, and only ₹99 will be refunded under this arrangement.

3. Orders Already Dispatched

Orders that have already been dispatched may not be eligible for cancellation. Please contact our support team as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
